Staff Accountant

Office Location: Kansas City, Missouri

 Job Description:

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Staff Accountant will perform various operational accounting functions for encompas and its affiliated installation company, eIC.  The Staff Accountant will also perform various order entry functions, working in close collaboration with the encompas Project Management team.

Preferred Skills + Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or related field)

  • 1-2 Years Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs and PDF viewing/editing programs such as Adobe Acrobat.

  • Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision

  • Attention to detail, organized, ability to manage multiple competing tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Professional, ethical, honest, conduct yourself with the utmost integrity

  • Maintain the confidentiality of company information and safeguard all company assets
